We don’t run our own servers to store your client or appointment database.
Backups and exports are optional. Data leaves the device only when you explicitly create a backup/export.
We don’t use third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Apple services may be involved for subscriptions (StoreKit) and optional backups (iCloud Drive).
2) What data Client Planner processes
Client Planner processes information you enter to provide scheduling and client‑management features. Depending on usage, this may include:
Data you create in the app
Clients: names, contact details (if you enter them), notes, tags, custom fields.
Appointments: date/time, status, service references, notes, pricing details.
Services & categories: names, durations, prices, colors, categories you choose.
Templates: reusable text you save for quick notes.
Working hours & profile settings: schedule configuration and preferences.
App settings & feature state
Notification preferences (reminder toggles).
App Lock preference (if enabled).
UI preferences and internal state required for app functionality.
Subscription entitlement
We store Pro entitlement state locally so features unlock correctly. Payments are handled by Apple.
No account is required to use Client Planner.
3) What we do not collect
We designed Client Planner to avoid unnecessary data collection. We do not collect:
Advertising identifiers.
Behavioral analytics about how you use the app.
Your client database on our servers.
Your Face ID / Touch ID information (iOS handles biometrics; we never see it).
4) Where your data is stored
On your device: stored locally using Apple system frameworks (e.g., Core Data).
Optional iCloud Drive backups: if you create backups, files are saved in iCloud Drive under your Apple ID.
Exports: if you export data, the destination is your choice via the iOS share sheet.
5) When data leaves your device
Data leaves your device only when you choose an action that requires it:
Create an iCloud backup → a backup file is written to iCloud Drive.
Export data → a file is created and shared to a destination you select.
Purchase/restore a subscription → StoreKit communicates with Apple to process payment and verify entitlements.
6) Apple services we rely on
StoreKit (Subscriptions). Apple processes payment and subscription management. We receive entitlement status so the app can unlock features.
iCloud Drive (Backups). If you use backups, Apple’s iCloud Drive stores backup files. iCloud processing follows your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

7) Notifications
Client Planner can schedule local notifications (e.g., reminders about your schedule or unconfirmed appointments). Notifications are created on your device.
You can control notification permissions in iOS Settings → Notifications → Client Planner.
8) Face ID / Touch ID (App Lock)
If you enable App Lock, the app uses Face ID / Touch ID / device passcode to unlock access. Biometric processing happens through iOS.
Client Planner does not store biometric data and does not have access to your biometric template.
9) Backups and restore safety
When creating a new backup, the app preserves the previous backup if the new one fails.
Restore is designed as a “replace current data” flow to avoid duplicates and inconsistent state.
10) Data retention and deletion
On‑device data: stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
iCloud backup files: remain in your iCloud Drive until you delete them.
Exported files: remain wherever you share them; manage those copies in the destination service.
11) Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe:
Uses Apple platform security features and standard iOS sandboxing.
Optional App Lock can restrict access on your device.
No system can guarantee perfect security, but we minimize exposure by keeping data local by default.
12) Children’s privacy
Client Planner is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
13) International users
Client Planner can be used globally. If you use iCloud backups or subscriptions, Apple may process related data according to Apple’s policies and your Apple ID/iCloud settings. Client Planner does not operate its own user‑data servers.
14) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect app changes or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy.

7) Benachrichtigungen
Client Planner kann lokale Benachrichtigungen planen (z. B. Erinnerungen an Ihren Zeitplan oder unbestätigte Termine). Benachrichtigungen werden auf Ihrem Gerät erstellt.
Sie können die Berechtigungen in iOS unter Einstellungen → Mitteilungen → Client Planner steuern.
8) Face ID / Touch ID (App‑Sperre)
Wenn Sie die App‑Sperre aktivieren, nutzt die App Face ID / Touch ID / Gerätecode zum Entsperren. Die biometrische Verarbeitung erfolgt über iOS.
Client Planner speichert keine biometrischen Daten und hat keinen Zugriff auf Ihr biometrisches Template.
9) Backup- und Wiederherstellungs‑Sicherheit
Beim Erstellen eines neuen Backups bleibt das vorherige Backup erhalten, falls das neue fehlschlägt.
Die Wiederherstellung ist als „aktuelle Daten ersetzen“ gestaltet, um Duplikate und inkonsistente Zustände zu vermeiden.
10) Aufbewahrung und Löschung
Gerätedaten: bleiben auf Ihrem Gerät, bis Sie sie löschen oder die App deinstallieren.
iCloud‑Backup‑Dateien: bleiben in Ihrem iCloud Drive, bis Sie sie löschen.
Exportierte Dateien: bleiben am gewählten Speicherort; verwalten Sie diese Kopien im jeweiligen Dienst.
11) Sicherheit

Diseñamos Client Planner para evitar recopilación innecesaria. No recopilamos:
Identificadores publicitarios.
Analítica de comportamiento sobre cómo usas la app.
Tu base de datos de clientes en nuestros servidores.
Información de Face ID / Touch ID (iOS gestiona la biometría; nosotros no la vemos).
4) Dónde se almacenan tus datos

7) Notificaciones
Client Planner puede programar notificaciones locales (p. ej., recordatorios de tu agenda o citas sin confirmar). Se crean en tu dispositivo.
Puedes controlar los permisos en iOS: Ajustes → Notificaciones → Client Planner.
8) Face ID / Touch ID (Bloqueo de la app)
Si activas el bloqueo de la app, se usa Face ID / Touch ID / el código del dispositivo para desbloquear. El procesamiento biométrico lo realiza iOS.
Client Planner no almacena datos biométricos ni tiene acceso a tu plantilla biométrica.
9) Seguridad en copias y restauración
Al crear una copia nueva, la app conserva la copia anterior si la nueva falla.
La restauración está diseñada como “reemplazar los datos actuales” para evitar duplicados y estados inconsistentes.
10) Conservación y eliminación
Datos en el dispositivo: permanecen hasta que los elimines o desinstales la app.
Archivos de copia en iCloud: permanecen en tu iCloud Drive hasta que los elimines.
Archivos exportados: permanecen donde los compartas; gestiona esas copias en el servicio de destino.
11) Seguridad
Tomamos medidas razonables para mantener tus datos seguros:
Usa las funciones de seguridad de la plataforma Apple y el sandboxing estándar de iOS.
El bloqueo opcional de la app puede restringir el acceso en tu dispositivo.
Ningún sistema garantiza seguridad perfecta, pero reducimos la exposición manteniendo los datos locales por defecto.
12) Privacidad de menores
Client Planner no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y está pensado para uso profesional. No recopilamos deliberadamente datos personales de menores.
13) Usuarios internacionales
